Head Pastor – Dr. Alan McCullough

Dr. Alan C. McCullough joined the Bethlehem Family as Senior Pastor in August of 2016. He has previously served as pastor of churches in Virginia and Mississippi.

In addition to providing leadership, pastoral care, and oversight of all ministries, Dr. Alan is passionate about teaching God’s Word and Missions and Evangelism.

He is married to the love of his life, Roben McCullough and they are blessed with two adult children, Garrett and Taylor. He and Roben enjoy motorcycle riding, hiking, traveling, and landscaping.

Assosiate Pastor – Andy Bowers

Reverend Andy Bowers joined the Bethlehem Family as Associate Pastor of Students and Evangelism in October of 2019. He holds an M.Div. in Biblical Languages and a M.A. in Theological Studies from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from the same Institution. Pastor Andy loves to teach God’s Word, preach, and serve the lost by spreading the Gospel message. He, his wife Grayson, and their daughter Lennon are excited and expecting their second child in the Fall of 2026. Andy and his family love the outdoors, visiting new places, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
